Who I Am

The operator who finally audited the operator.

Twenty years operating across hospitality, fine dining, property, finance, and blockchain — UK, Middle East, India. Twenty years where the same governance failure showed up in every domain, at every scale, in every operator I worked with or became.

I had never once audited the operator. Closing that gap changed everything.

I now build companies that codify what twenty years taught me — for adults, and for the next generation before the patterns set.

The framework that came out of that gap is what I now teach.

A Note from Anoop Pandhi · Before You Read On

I'm not your normal coach.

Most of the operators who reach out to me arrive because something in their life is asking a question their professional success cannot answer. If that's where you are — keep reading.

I'm not for everyone. Good. I'm not trying to be.

If you want me to tell you you're great and keep telling you you're great — stay in your job, stay in the leadership rooms where no one calls you out. There are plenty of places that will keep you comfortable.

When you come here, your credentials don't matter. I see the person, not the CV. At work, you're protected by what you've achieved. Here, that protection is gone. That's the point.

The work is honest.
The strategic mirror — you versus you — is uncomfortable.
That's where you grow.
That's where I am, with you.

If there's a pattern you're not seeing — one you've turned into an identity, one you're hiding behind — that's what I'm here for. The work is uncomfortable. I won't apologise for that.

If you get uncomfortable and shut down — that's fine. That's your protection mechanism doing its job. No one's telling you to change it. Stay there. It's good for you.

But if you're tired of winning in the same way, again and again — and you've started to notice what comes with the winning…

Most of the people I work with are high performers. Winning at work. Performing. Doing brilliantly by every external measure. And they can't understand why something in their personal life keeps breaking — the same fight with their partner, the same distance with their children, the same restlessness, the same flatness when they should feel full.

The reason is simple. They've governed their professional life with structure. They've never governed the emotional side of themselves with the same rigour. Performance without emotional governance always finds the bill — and it gets paid at home.

Decision fatigue.

The winning energy you can't release at work — follows you home like a shadow you can't shake.

The first person who pays for it is your partner.
Your child. The people closest to you.

At work you control yourself — you have to, you've got something to lose. At home, you let loose. And the people who love you absorb it.

If you've seen this in yourself and you're ready to govern it
— properly, structurally, not just talked about over coffee —
that's what this practice is for.

What I Do

I'm an executive coach for the operators running the room.

I work 1:1 with founders, leaders, and high-performance individuals — and I lead teams, partners, and the next generation through the same framework. Not therapy. Not generic coaching. Not life advice. Strategic thinking, structured around decision quality under pressure.

I came to coaching late, on purpose. Twenty years operating first. Twenty years watching the same governance failure show up in every domain, at every scale. Twenty years auditing companies but never the operator running them.

Coaching, for me, is the work that closes that gap — helping the people who decide everything finally do the work on themselves the way they do it on their businesses.

That's what this practice is for.

What I've Built

Four products. One framework.

01 · The Framework
The Strategic Business of Me
A framework for operating yourself the way you'd operate a company.
The proprietary operator framework. The applied version of twenty years of operator experience and behaviour change research, codified into something teachable. Three lines hold the entire framework: Emotion informs. Strategy decides. Logic executes.
02 · The Book
The Strategic Business of Me
The framework, codified. The lessons that built it.
Published May 2026. The full operator framework, written for founders, leaders, and high-performance individuals. The book that the practice, the AI, and the schools programme are all built on.
03 · The Digital Tool
The Strategic Thinking Partner AI
Not a chatbot. A strategic instrument.
The first AI thinking partner built on a proprietary operator framework. Engagements begin with a psychometric AI diagnostic that names the most expensive behavioural pattern, costs it commercially, and establishes a measurable baseline.
04 · The Next Generation
Young Operators
Executive Leadership · Emotional Resilience · Strategic Thinking.
The same framework, calibrated for young people aged 7 to A-levels. A private AI thinking partner with safeguarding at the core. Pilot programmes in independent schools. The work that builds operators before patterns set.
05 · The Practice
Bourne Court
A physical practice for senior operators.
1:1 Strategic Thinking Sessions. Performance Intensives for senior teams. Partnership Sessions for couples and co-founders. Privately held at the practice in Woodford Green.

How I Work

A small number of operators, by selection.

Founders, C-suite, and individuals where the cost of the next decision is too high to get wrong.

Engagements begin with a psychometric AI diagnostic that names the most expensive behavioural pattern, costs it commercially, and establishes a measurable baseline. The work governs what the diagnostic names.

No pitch. No proposal. No unsolicited follow-up.
Absolute discretion. No public testimonials. No case studies.
The results belong to the operator.
  • 01 The Strategic Thinking Session — a 60-minute private session, calibrated to whatever is most pressing for you right now.
  • 02 The Performance Intensive — half-day or full-day work for senior teams of six to twelve.
  • 03 The Partnership Session — for two people who share decisions: partners in life, in business, or in both.
  • 04 The Integration Intensive — for moments where two operating models must become one. Mergers. Successions. Transitions.
The Academic Side

The framework is the applied version
of what I'm developing academically.

Working towards an MSc and Doctorate in behaviour change — how short-term actions and small habits compound into long-term identity change.

A lot of coaching is intuition without architecture. What I'm building is the opposite — structured, evidence-led, designed to hold under real pressure.

What Happens After You Write

A clear, deliberate first step.

I read every email myself. Replies typically land within 48 hours.

If we agree there's a fit, the first step is a 60-minute Strategic Thinking Session — held privately at the practice in Bourne Court, or wherever suits you. No proposal, no agenda, no pitch. We map what is actually live for you, surface the pattern beneath it, and you leave with one piece of real strategic work done.

From there, only if and when you want to continue, we discuss what longer-term work could look like. Sometimes that's a series of sessions. Sometimes it's a Performance Intensive with your team. Sometimes it's nothing more — and that's fine.

No pressure. No follow-up. Just a clean door.

By introduction.

If we should be talking,
you'll already know.
